She has a shocking back story on OITNB. She was raided in Amish community and the lady we see in the prison is missing some of her teeth, due to her drug addiction. She generally has no make up on and lets her hair hang straight. If you see her in real, you would not recognize her. When she was auditioning for the role, she went without make up , had dirty clothes and unwashed hair.
