From the inception of mobile phones, lots of companies are banning mobile phones on the production floor due to several reasons such as data theft issue, employees wasting time in texting & surfing social media, but imposing restrictions can adversely affect the employee morale and efficiency. They would be taking frequent breaks to check their phones giving one or other lame reason.
